What we collect, and why.
This is a plain summary of the current service. It is not a promise that one policy fits every law or every customer's own business duties.
Information you give us
The six-step signup collects the business, account contact, public contact, service, design, image, and website details needed to reserve a site, build it, send login details, and support it. A private draft saves for seven days while signup is unfinished.
Why we use it
We use it to take signup steps you request, provide the website agreement, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and secure the service. Where local law asks for a legal basis, those purposes rely on steps you request before signup, performance of the service agreement, and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service. We do not use signup or form details for targeted advertising.
Payments and email
Stripe receives and handles the saved payment method, checkout, subscription, and related payment details. We receive Stripe identifiers and billing status, not the full card number. Postmark may deliver welcome, password-reset, custom-request, receipt, and lead-notification email.
Website visitors and forms
Cloudflare hosts the marketing service, tenant sites, stored drafts, images, business records, and form entries. A tenant site's contact, booking, and estimate form stores the details a visitor submits so that business can respond. Those pages explain their own handling in a tenant privacy page.
Browsers may send short security-policy failure reports. We remove query strings, keep only technical details such as the affected page and rule, and delete those reports after seven days.
Cookies, tracking, and GPC
Public pages do not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics. A secure, necessary cookie is used only when a business owner signs in to a private admin area. Because no non-essential cookies are set, there is no consent banner. Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals are respected: we do not sell or share visitor information for targeted advertising.
How long information stays
Unfinished drafts expire after seven days. Active customer account, website, billing-status, and form information stays while needed to provide the service and keep normal business records. Security logs and abuse limits may be kept for a shorter operational period.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete information you provided, subject to records we must keep. Email [email protected]. A visitor who submitted a tenant form may also contact the business named on that site.
